1) The production of all ATEC products starts in our product management.
Based on detailed market analyses, the ATEC team decides which products to invest in.
2) The purchasing department then switches on and the ATEC manufacturing process takes its further course:
A worldwide search is conducted for suitable partner production sites that meet our strict quality requirements. The purchasing department works closely with our quality assurance colleagues to ensure compliance with all applicable EU standards. If quality assurance gives its approval, the ATEC manufacturing process goes one step further.
3) The disposition can now initiate the supply chain:
Once the desired ATEC products have been ordered, the scheduling department ensures that the supply chain runs smoothly (adherence to the agreed delivery dates, container shipping, etc.). When goods are received, the disposition department works closely with the quality assurance department and arranges for the storage of the freshly arrived ATEC products.
4) Logistics is responsible for shipping ATEC spare parts to our customers.
From packaging to handover to our parcel service providers – the logistics department does its best to get your new ATEC product to you promptly.
5) Even after ordering an ATEC product, our customers can rely on a dedicated and competent customer service:
If, contrary to expectations, a complaint is received, our quality assurance will automatically be activated. Every concern is taken seriously: Ensuring the highest quality standards with constant optimisation is very close to our hearts.
